To Release a Fixed Asset Transaction

You can use the Fixed Assets (FA303000) form to release a transaction associated with a selected asset.

How to Release a Fixed Asset Transaction

1. Open the Fixed Assets (FA303000) form.
2. In the Asset ID box, select the fixed asset the unreleased transaction is associated with.
3. On the Transactions tab, in the Reference Number column, click the number of the unreleased transaction.

   This opens the Fixed Asset Transactions (FA301000) form for the selected unreleased transaction in a new browser window.

4. On the More menu, click Release.
5. After the transaction is released, close the window.
6. To refresh the status of the transaction, on the table toolbar of the Transactions tab of the Fixed Assets form, click Refresh.
