To Release Fixed Asset Transactions

You can use the Release FA Transactions (FA503000) form to release the fixed asset transactions that have not been released. On this form, you can release one transaction or multiple transactions at once.

To Release One Fixed Asset Transaction or Multiple Fixed Asset Transactions

1. Open the Release FA Transactions (FA503000) form.
2. Optional: In the Origin box of the Selection area, select a transaction type to view only transactions of the selected type.
3. To release only particular listed transactions, do the following:
   1. For each transaction you want to release, select the appropriate Selected check box.
   2. On the form toolbar, click Release.
4. To release all listed transactions, click Release All on the form toolbar.
