Fixed Asset Troubleshooting: To Delete an Unreleased Fixed Asset Transaction

You can use the Fixed Assets (FA303000) form to delete an incorrect transaction (associated with a selected asset) that was not released.

How to Delete a Fixed Asset Transaction

1. Open the Fixed Assets (FA303000) form.
2. In the Asset ID box, select the fixed asset the incorrect transaction is associated with.
3. On the Transactions tab, in the Reference Number column, click the number of the unreleased transaction you want to delete.
4. On the table toolbar, click Delete Row.
5. On the form toolbar, click Save.

The deleted transaction is removed from the system.
