First-Time User Experience

During the very first run of the Acumatica add-in on your device, you are redirected to the first-time user experience screen. This screen may appear in both Outlook on the Web and Outlook Client.

Note: If you use Outlook on the Web, the first-time user experience screen may appear again after you clear your browser's cookies. It may also appear in Outlook Client for Windows after you clear all cookies in your Internet Explorer.

The first-time user experience screen briefly introduces you to the add-in functionality and offers you to select one of the following two options:

  • To sign in to your MYOB Acumatica instance, which you click if you already have an Acumatica account (for details, see To Sign In)
  • To learn more about how you can get an Acumatica account, which redirects you to the Acumatica website
