To Activate the Predefined Periodic Schedule

To activate the periodic schedule that runs the Failed & Missed Data Resync process every five minutes, do the following:

1. On the Salesforce Data Resync (SF205035) form, click Schedules > View.

   The Automation Schedules (SM205020) form opens in a pop-up pane with the details of the Failed & Missed Data Resync every 5 minutes schedule filled in.

2. In the Summary area, select the Active check box.
3. On the form toolbar, click Save & Close.
