Substitute Form

When a user entered data by using an applicable data entry form, the user may want to have a way to view a list of these records. The most convenient way is to configure a substitute form of the inquiry type that will serve as an entry point to the entry form.

With a substitute form, when a user clicks the name of the entry form in the navigation pane, the user is automatically redirected to the corresponding substitute form that contains the list of these records in a tabular format. When the user clicks a record, the entry form opens to show the details of the selected record.
