Step Four – Add Hazards

A hazard can be any activity, situation or substance that can cause harm. You may wish to print the Hazard Identification Report at this point, to assist in collating your company's hazards.

Select Step Four from the Setup Cycle. A list of all Hazards defined in the system appears. Highlight a hazard and click Select to edit it, or click Add to create a new Hazard. Hazards are added and edited on the Hazard Maintenance window:
