Risk Analysis
The Risk Analysis tab of the Hazard Maintenance window describes the severity of the hazard.
Risk Score
Current Risk Score The system automatically calculates a risk score based on the relevant weighting factors, i.e. the answers that are given to the questions on this page.
What is the most probable result of the potential accident?
Specify the most probable injury/disease/disability if an accident were to result. Select from the list of probable results.
If there is no suitable match, click the 
button to
review the list:
Weighting The higher the weighting factor, the greater the contribution towards to the total risk score.
Description Describe the consequence in terms of loss of health or life, and/or financial damages.
Select a result and click Edit to alter its properties, or click Add to define a new possible result.
Click on the Save button to confirm your changes, and then click on the Select button to return to the Risk Score tab.
How often does the hazardous task occur?
Specify the regularity of exposure to this hazard. Select from the list of regularities.
If there is no suitable match, click the button to
review the list:
Weighting The higher the weighting factor, the greater the contribution towards to the total risk score.
Description Describe the regularity on a calendar basis.
Select a regularity option and click Edit to alter its properties, or click Add to define a new option.
Click on the Save button to confirm your changes, and then click on the Select button to return to the Risk Score tab.
What is the likelihood that the sequence will follow to completion?
Specify the probability of an accident happening as circumstances currently stand.
If there is no suitable match, click the button to
review the list:
Weighting The higher the weighting factor, the greater the contribution towards to the total risk score.
Description Describe the probability of an accident, along the same lines as the examples provided.
Select a likelihood option and click Edit to alter its properties, or click Add to define a new option.
Click on the Save button to confirm your changes, and then click on the Select button to return to the Risk Score tab.
Coordinator
These details default to those of the Health & Safety Coordinator person entered in the Exo Health and Safety Setup window, and can be changed for this hazard if necessary.
