To Create the First Year of the Company Calendar

In MYOB Advanced, with the Multiple Calendar Support feature enabled, you configure the company calendar separately for each company. To do this, you use the Company Financial Calendar (GL201100) form.

Before You Proceed

Make sure that the financial year and its periods have been configured on the Financial Year (GL101000) form. For details, see To Configure a Financial Year with Month-Based Periods, To Configure a Financial Year with Week-Based Periods, or To Configure a Financial Year with a Custom Number of Periods.

To Configure a Company Calendar

  1. Open the Company Financial Calendar (GL201100) form.
  2. In the Company box, select the company for which you want to create the first year of the calendar.
  3. In the Create First Year of Company Calendar dialog box, which opens, in the First Financial Year box, enter the first financial year of the company's operation.
  4. In the Master Period ID box, select a period from the master calendar, which will be the first financial period in the year you have selected.

  5. Click OK to close the dialog box.
