Splitting of Assets: Related Reports and Inquiry Form

In the following sections, you can find details about the reports and inquiry form that you may want to review to gather information about splits of fixed assets.

Note: If you do not see a particular report or form that is described, you may have signed in to the system with a user account that does not have access rights to the report or form. Contact your system administrator to obtain access to any needed reports or forms.

Reviewing Split Transactions

To review the transactions resulting from the splitting of fixed assets, you run the report on the Splits (FA641000) report form. On the Report Parameters tab, you specify the company or branch and the needed range of periods.

Reviewing the Net Value of Assets

You can review the changes in the net value of fixed assets after splitting the assets by running the Fixed Assets Net Value (FA613000) report. On the Report Parameters tab, you specify the needed fixed asset class and the range of periods. The printed report form will show a list of the included assets with the changes in their net value.

Reviewing Asset Splits

To review the splits of a particular fixed asset, you use the Asset Splits (FA405000) form. In the Selection area, you specify the Asset ID of the original asset and a book. The table will show a list of split transactions for the selected asset.
