Finding a Released Funds Transfer

On the CA Register (CA620500) report form, you can run this report for a particular financial period; you can then review the list of released cash documents and find the necessary funds transfer. On the report, you can click the link of the funds transfer to navigate to the Funds Transfers (CA301000) form, where you can view all the details of the funds transfer.

Viewing the Transactions for a Particular Account

On the Account Details (GL404000) form, you can view the balances and transactions for a particular account and a particular period. You can navigate to this form by clicking the account for which you want to see details in the Account column on the Account Summary (GL401000) form.

Reviewing Trial Balances

To view the information on the accounts involved in the inter-branch transactions for a particular financial period, you can use the following forms and reports:

• The Account Summary (GL401000) form: To view summary information about all accounts for the selected financial period
• The Trial Balance Summary (GL632000) report: To view the trial balance report with account balances at the end of the period
