Assignment Maps: Configuration Prerequisites
Before you start configuring assignment maps in MYOB Acumatica, you must be sure that the system has been configured properly and that all required entities have been created, as described in the following sections.
Enabling the Needed Features
On the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, the Customer Management feature must be enabled.
Configuring the System
You need to make sure that the following tasks have been performed in MYOB Acumatica before you begin to configure an assignment map:
- On the Customer Management Preferences (CR101000) form, the numbering sequences settings have been specified and saved to the system.
- On the Employees (EP203000) form, employees have been created.
- On the Company Tree (EP204061) form, a hierarchy of workgroups has been created and employees have been added to these workgroups.
- Records for a particular assignment map, such as leads, contacts, business accounts, opportunities, cases and email activities have been created in the system.
