Resource Equipment: Related Report and Inquiry Forms
In the following sections, you can find details about the reports you may want to review to gather statistics about resource equipment.
Reviewing the Resource Equipment History
To review the resource equipment history, on the Equipment (FS205000) form, select the equipment in the Equipment Nbr. box, and on the More menu (under Inquiries), click Resource Equipment History.
The Appointment Summary (FS400100) form opens with the resource equipment selected in the Resource Equipment box. Then you can clear the Staff Member box, specify the needed date in the To Scheduled Date box, and view all appointments for the selected range of time in which the resource equipment was used to provide services.
Printing Reports and Documents
To prepare a printable form of the report, use the Resource Equipment History (FS656500) form. On the Resource Equipment History (FS656500) report form, in the End Date box, select the needed date and on the form toolbar, click Run Report. The report opens with the details on each piece of equipment that was used in appointments.
