- A linked employee record with the Production Employee check box selected and the Shop Floor Shift box filled in on the Employees (EP203000) form

Use this procedure when the employee already has an employee record and a user account that are linked to each other.

- Open the employee record.
- Ensure that the Production Employee check box is selected and that the Shop Floor Shift box is filled in.

- On the Employees (EP203000) form:
- Open the employee record.
- Ensure that the Production Employee check box is selected and that the Shop Floor Shift box is filled in.

Use this procedure when both an employee record and a user account exist, but the two have not been associated with each other.
- Open the employee record on the Employees (EP203000) form.
- On the User tab, in the User Account box, select the user account you want to link to this employee.
- Click Save.
- On the Users (SM201010) form, ensure that the SFK User role is assigned to the user account. If it is not, add it and click Save.
