Shop Floor Kiosk: Activity Tracking
The Recent Activity page helps you review the actions you recently performed in the Shop Floor Kiosk. You can use this page to confirm that labor, quantity, and material transactions were recorded successfully and to quickly return to operations you were working on previously. The Recent Activity page displays actions performed during the last seven calendar days and sorts them from newest to oldest.
Viewing Recent Activity
You can use the Recent Activity page to review your recent production reporting actions, including clock-in and clock-out events, quantity reporting, and material transactions. The page provides a chronological activity log that helps you track your work without searching for production orders or operations manually.

- Review the list of recent actions.
For each activity entry, the page displays the following information:
- Date and time of the action

- Operation ID and description
The page displays actions for the past seven calendar days only. Activities are sorted in descending order by date and time, with the most recent actions shown first.

- Clocked In
- Clocked Out
- Material Issued
- Reported Completed Quantity
- Reported Scrap Quantity
The Recent Activity page retains the standard navigation controls used throughout the kiosk, including the Home button, signed-in employee name, site logo, and the Sign Out button.
Verifying Previous Actions
You can use the Recent Activity page to confirm that your previous actions were processed successfully. This is especially useful after reporting production quantities, issuing materials, or recovering from a temporary network interruption.
To verify a previous action:
- Open the Recent Activity page.
- Locate the relevant entry in the activity list.
- Review the displayed action details, production order number, and operation information.
Use the activity list to verify the following types of transactions:
- Whether you successfully clocked in or clocked out of an operation
- Whether completed or scrap quantities were submitted
- Whether material issues or returns were recorded
- Which production order and operation were affected by the action
The Recent Activity page does not display lot or serial numbers for quantity and material transactions.
Resuming Work from Activity History
You can use the Recent Activity page to quickly return to operations you were working on previously. This allows you to resume production reporting without manually locating the production order or operation again.
To resume work from activity history:
- Open the Recent Activity page.
- Locate the activity entry related to the operation you want to continue.
- Select the operation link in the Operation column.
- On the Production Reporting page, continue reporting labor time, quantities, or materials as needed.
Selecting an operation link opens the Production Reporting page directly for the selected operation.
You can use this workflow after breaks, shift changes, or temporary interruptions to quickly continue production activity without searching through work centers or production orders manually.
