This report is available only if the Purchase Requisitions feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

This report displays the details of request documents. You can filter the information by request class, department, and document date. For each document, the report displays the creation date, the status, the requester, the goods and services requested, and the total amount; the report also shows the total amounts for each request class.

Report Parameters

On the Report Parameters tab, use the following parameters to select the information to be displayed on the report:

  • Request Class: The request class for which information will be displayed. To view requests of all classes (which will be grouped by request class), leave this box blank.
  • Department: The department of the employees who created requests. Select a department, or leave the box blank to view all requests related to the selected date range and request class, if one is specified.
  • Date From: The start date of the report date range.

    By default, this is the current date.

  • Date To: The end date of the date range.

    By default, this is the current date.
