Creating Payments and Viewing Balances

In the Modern Customer Portal, if you’re an authorized portal user, you can make payments and view your company’s balances, statements, and financial documents. By handling these tasks in the portal, you can save time and keep the company’s financial information up to date.

In this chapter, you'll learn how to:

  • Make full and partial payments for sales orders or invoices
  • Review financial documents, statements, and balances
Important:

This functionality is available if the following conditions are met in MYOB Acumatica:

  • The Modern Customer Portal feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form
  • The Financials and Payments check boxes are selected and the functionality has been configured on the Portals (SP701000) form.

If expected functionality isn’t available, contact your company’s portal manager. The portal manager can work with the portal owner to review configuration settings, if needed.
