Route Executions: Related Report and Inquiry Forms

In the following sections, you can find details about the reports, and inquiry forms you may want to review to gather information about route executions that have been entered into the system.

You can view all route executions, filter them by a specific date, or view those assigned to a particular driver or multiple drivers. Additionally, you can forecast appointments that need to be generated based on the schedules of route service contracts entered into the system.

Attention: If you do not see a particular report or form that is described, you may have signed in to the system with a user account that does not have access rights to the report or form. Contact your system administrator to obtain access to any needed reports or forms.

Viewing All Route Executions

To locate a specific route execution in the system, use the Route Inquiry (FS404100) form. On this form, you can view all route executions or filter them by status, route, or a specific time period.

Viewing Route Executions by Date on a Map

To view a route execution for a specific day on a map, use the Routes on Map (FS300900) form. This form displays route statistics and appointment details for each route execution of the day. Additionally, you can adjust the order of appointments within a route execution directly on this form.

Viewing Route Executions by Driver

To view route executions for your company's drivers and their details, use the following forms:

  • Route Document Worksheets: This form displays route executions associated with a specific driver for a selected time period. Note that closed route executions are not shown on this form.
  • Route Document Worksheets: This form shows route executions associated with drivers for a particular day, displayed on a map.

Forecasting Route Appointments

Before generating appointments for the schedules created in the system, you can preview the list of appointments that will be generated using the Route Appointment Forecasting (FS404070) form. On this form, you can specify criteria such as route, service, customer, and date range to display the relevant data in the table.
