Requests for Information: Implementation Checklist

The following sections provide details you can use to ensure that the system is configured properly for processing a request for information, and to understand (and change, if needed) the settings that affect the processing workflow.

Implementation Checklist

Before you begin processing request for information, you should make sure the needed features have been enabled, settings have been specified, and entities have been created, as summarized in the following checklist.

Form Criteria to Check
Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form Make sure that the Projects, Construction, and Construction Project Management features are enabled.
Project Management Preferences (PJ101000) form Make sure that all necessary settings related to request for information have been specified.
Projects (PM301000) form Make sure that the necessary project has been created.
Project Management Classes (PJ201000) form If additional settings for a request for information (such as quantity days for an answer and attributes) are necessary to be predefined, make sure that the class with the necessary settings has been created.
Contacts (CR302000) form Make sure that the needed contacts have been defined in the system.
