Materials tab enhancements

New settings have been introduced in PS Preferences for posting Material entries in Daily Time Cards. The posting option can now be set to the Off-Balance Account Group. When this option is selected, transactions generated from the Materials tab will be posted to the Off-Balance Project account group chosen in preferences, once the line is released.

In addition, we've added the ability to add notes and attachments to the Materials tabs lines.

View All Assignments

A new setting, Allow selecting all assignments, has been added to PS Preferences. With this setting enabled, users can select any assignment linked to a project task. When this option is disabled, only assignments specifically assigned to the employee record linked to the user can be selected.

Creation of time entries based on assignments

A new action, Upload Assignments, has been introduced in the Daily Time Card. This feature allows users to review and upload existing open assignments through a convenient dialog interface.

• Employee Filter: If the Allow selecting all assignments setting is enabled in PS Preferences, an Employee filter is activated, allowing users to choose from all assignments. By default, the current user is preselected.
• Filtering by Start Date: The Start Date of the assignment is used as a filter to streamline selection within the dialog.

This enhancement improves flexibility and control in managing time entries based on assignment selections, aligning with custom preferences set in PS.
