Issue

When running project billing that includes upfront invoices, in some cases the reversal of the negative WIP was not being flagged as Excluded from allocation as it should be.

This meant that the WIP was being incorrectly posted, as the negative WIP (created by the upfront invoice) was correctly excluded from the allocations while the positive WIP (created by the reversal) was not. The incorrect allocations would show an inflated WIP amounts on reports such as WIP Project Aged.

Resolution

CR 12.1 fixes this issue, so that the Excluded from allocation flag will be correctly applied to the WIP generated by reversals of upfront invoices.
