Asset Maintenance

Use this form to set up your assets. An asset code must exist before you can make an asset purchase or create any other asset transaction. You can enter or update information on these tabs:

• Transactions
• Custom
• Opening Balances
• Notes
• Related
• Analysis

Note: You can also create assets using the FREE functions.

Direct Access to Maintenance & Transaction Entry Programs

You can access these forms from the Asset Maintenance form by clicking the buttons on the right side of the form. If you click one of these buttons, the form that opens is pre-populated with details of the asset that was selected on the Asset Maintenance form.
