This tab contains details about the insurance company the asset is insured with.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Select the insurance company from one defined on the Insurance Company Maintenance form. The address and contact details updates to the form when the insurance company is selected.

Class

Enter the asset's insurance class, which is commonly provided by the insurer — for example, Vehicle Plus. It is for reference only and you can enter up to 15 characters.

Reference

If applicable, you can enter a separate reference up to 30 characters. — for example, insurance policy number.

Valuation/Valuation Date

This field is for reference only. Enter the insurance valuation of the asset, and date it was valued.

Note: You can extract this field to a custom report to determine which assets are due for a revaluation.

Intrastat/EC Sales - Commodity Code

This option is enabled when IEC is in use.

Select a commodity code.

Note: Information entered on this form prints on the Asset Master List.
