Bank Account Maintenance

Use this form to set up codes for your bank account(s) and to enter all associated details. You can also use this form to set up reconciliation details for an account the first time it is created, to edit account details, and to make transaction enquiries.

Direct Access to Transaction Entry & Processing

You can access these forms from Bank Account Maintenance using the buttons on the right side of the Bank Account Maintenance form.

• Bank Statement Entry
• Cash Receipt Entry
• Cash Payment Entry
• Transfer Funds
• Hold/Cancel Cheques
• Cancel Cheque Numbers
• Prepare Bank Deposit
• Print Bank Reconciliation

If a form is accessed this way, the form that opens will be pre-populated with details of the bank account that was selected in Bank Account Maintenance when the form was accessed.
