Menu Security
Use this feature to set up menu security to specify which forms users can access. You can use this feature when some users must be restricted to read-only access to particular forms, while others are allowed full access.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Modules
The Module checkboxes provide a shortcut to enable and disable all menu options for that module. The Module label displays in yellow text when not all menu options for the module have been selected for the user.
Menu Access
The table displays the base functions by module: Data Entry, Enquiry, Process, and Reports.
Click the + button next to each function to expand the selection. All purchased modules displays for selection. Click the + button again to display specific forms within each function and module.
Select the option next to the form you can access, or remove the tick to deny them access to that form.
You can right-click
the mouse to show a sub-menu which enables you to do any of these within
the table:
- Expand all
- Collapse all
- Select all
- Deselect all
