Use this tab to view all transactions of the account including those sourced from the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules. Notes or attachments have been added to the transaction are also indicated here.

Note: The Open and Contact columns are only applicable to CRM transaction types (Communications, Appointments, and SCM Requisitions). The Detail column displays the statement number, page number, and date the transaction was presented to the selected bank account.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Subject

You can select from a dropdown list containing each type of transaction of the account. This includes:

  • AP Payment
  • AP Direct Credit (AP Payment)
  • AR Receipt
  • CM Deposit
  • CM Payment
  • CM Receipt
  • CM Statement
  • CM Transfer
  • GL Journal

Select All to view all transactions, or a specific transaction type to view only transactions of one type, for example, AP Cheque, or CM Transfer.

Date From/To

Enter the to and from dates to use for filtering the transactions returned to the enquiry table when the Apply button is clicked (based on the transaction document date).

Apply

Click this button to apply the subject and date parameters, and return transaction details to the table.

You can double click on any transaction line, and Greentree opens details of the transaction in the source form. For example, if you click on an AP Cheque transaction line, Greentree Desktop displays the AP Payment Entry form, pre-populated with details of the transaction. Where notes and/or attachments are for transactions, you can also view them using the source form.

Information

If a user does not have menu security access for any of the transaction types, the transaction will be visible but the user can't drill down and view the transaction detail.
