In the following sections, you can find details about the inquiry forms you may want to review to gather information about all entered appointments.

Reviewing Appointments

MYOB Advanced provides you with multiple ways to review appointments that have been entered into the system. You can view the appointments assigned to a particular staff member (or multiple staff members), and the list of all entered appointments in the system and their details.

You can review information on appointments as follows:

  • If you want to find a particular appointment in the system, you use the Appointment Summary (FS400100) form. This form shows all appointments within the particular date range. You can filter the list of appointments by a customer, branch location or staff member.
  • If you want to find a particular detail (line item) of an appointment—such as a service, an inventory item, or a piece of equipment—you use the Appointment Details (FS400500) form. This form shows all appointment details entered into the system, and you can use selection criteria to narrow the list of details and quickly find the ones you are looking for.
