Employee Availability Improvements

Availability calculations are now automatically updated when emplopyees become inactive and when leave requests are cancelled. This change gives you more accurate information for resource planning and prevents you from allocating unavailable staff to tasks.

In particular this resolves a problem when the Manage Employee Availability (MYPE3091) screen wasn't updating when employees cancelled their leave or ended their employment.

Calendar View Fixes

We've updated the Calendar View screen (PM304000) so that popup fields are fully visible and properly aligned.
