Basic Process Flow for Set-up


Greentree follows this Advanced Security process when Greentree Desktop has been registered for use:

Company Maintenance

Select the Advanced Security module option

Team Preferences

Update team security privileges and align user preferences for each company using the Advanced Security module.

User Preferences

Update user security privileges for each company using the Advanced Security module, if they differ from their team preferences or they belong to more than one team.

Accounts Payable Module Control

Select the Default team on new setting on the Defaults tab,

AP Supplier Maintenance

Assign each supplier to a team.

Accounts Receivable Module Control

Select the Default team on new setting on the Defaults tab.

AR Customer Maintenance

Assign each customer to a team.

General Ledger Module Control

Select the Default team on new setting on the Defaults tab.

GL Accounts Maintenance

Assign each account to a team.

User Login

When users login, the data is restricted according to their privileges.
