Reports

If Advanced Security is in use, all reports that print information about customers, suppliers and general ledger accounts include a View Mode or Security view option.

The View mode defaults according to your Read privileges. If you have All Read privileges then both options are available, but the default view mode is Team. If you only have Team Read privileges then the All view mode is not available for selection.

The View Mode has two options: All and Team.

The information in the reports is restricted using the view mode selected. If you select All, then all customer, supplier and general ledger account information is printed. If you select Team, or are only allowed to select Team, then only the information for customers, supplier, and general ledger accounts that have been assigned to your team prints.
