Applicants


Use the Applicant Maintenance form to build a database of applicants. The applicant database is used when performing a skill search from the Position Maintenance form.

Buttons on the Application Maintenance Form

The Applicant Maintenance form contains these buttons:

  • Attachments - Opens a form that enables you to add and view any type of document, file, picture or graphic to the selected item.
  • Re-activate - This button is disabled for all active applicants. The Re-activate button is enabled once an applicant's status is set to Inactive. Click this button to re-activate an inactive applicant. The re-activate process prompts you to determine which Active status must be assigned to the Applicant. The Re-activate event is auto captured and displayed on the Events tab.
  • Convert to Employee - Converts a successful Applicant to an employee. All applicant information is transferred to the employee record. The employee record is automatically saved, displayed on the form, and the applicant's record is cleared.
