Other Tab - Applicant Maintenance

Use the Other tab to capture detail about the applicant's next of kin. Next of kin is a family member (otherwise, a close friend) who can be contacted in an emergency. You can capture address and contact detail for the next of kin. This tab also enables you to load a picture of the applicant.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Next of Kin - Name

Enter the name of the applicant's next of kin.

Next of Kin - Relationship

Enter the relationship that the applicant has with the next of kin.

Next of Kin - Address 1

Enter the first line of the address for the applicant's next of kin.

Next of Kin - Address 2

Enter the second line of the address for the applicant's next of kin.

Next of Kin - Address 3

Enter the third line of the address for the applicant's next of kin.

Next of Kin - Post Code

Enter or select the post code appropriate to the address of the applicant's next of kin. This field is used with the country to populate the correct state and time zone for the next of kin address.

Next of Kin - State

This is a read-only field that defaults to the correct state when a recognised post code and country are entered against the next of kin address.

Next of Kin - Country

Enter the country appropriate to the address of the applicant's next of kin. This field is used with the post code to populate the correct state and time zone for the next of kin address.

Next of Kin - Time Zone

This is a read-only field that defaults to the correct time zone when a recognised post code and country are entered against the next of kin address.

Next of Kin - Business Hours Phone Number

Enter the phone number where the applicant's next of kin can be reached during business hours.

Next of Kin - Mobile Phone Number

Enter the mobile phone number of the applicant's next of kin.

Next of Kin - After Hours Phone Number

Enter the phone number where the applicant's next of kin can be reached after business hours.

Next of Kin - Email address

Enter the email address of the applicant's next of kin.

Other - Load Picture

Click this button to define the path to the location of any picture file that is to be loaded/viewed against the applicant record.
