Security Tab - Applicant Maintenance
Use the Security tab capture the assigned user and team. The assigned user and team represent the owners of the record and are used with the View field on the Applicant Maintenance form to determine who can access a record.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Assigned User
This field will be populated by Greentree Desktop. with the name of the user logged into Greentree Desktop when the applicant record is created. You can change the assigned user if you have the correct permissions.
Assigned Team
Select the team for the applicant. You can change the assigned team if you have the correct permissions.
