CV Tab - Applicant Maintenance


Use the CV tab to capture details of the applicant's CV or resume. This tab consists these sub-tab are:

Certification

The Certification sub-tab lists all certification detail entered for the applicant.

Certification Type is a lookup field, User-defined. Certification Level is maintained per Certification Type in Lookup Maintenance. Two text fields allow you to capture additional detail about the Certification: the Details field on the Main tab and the Notes field located on the Notes tab.

Training

The Training sub-tab lists all Training detail entered for the Applicant.

Training Level is maintained per Training Type in Lookup Maintenance. Two text fields allow you to capture additional detail about the training on the Details field on the Main tab and the Notes field on the Notes tab.

Skills

The Skills sub-tab lists all Skills detail entered for the Applicant.

Skills Level is maintained per Skill Type in Lookup Maintenance. Two text fields allow you to capture additional detail about the Skill: the Details field located on the Main tab and the Notes field on the Notes tab.

Education

The Education sub-tab lists all Education detail entered for the Applicant.

Education Type is a lookup field. Education Level is maintained per Education Type in Lookup Maintenance. Two text fields allow you to capture additional detail about the Education: the Details field on the Main tab and the Notes field on the Notes tab.

Prior Employment

The Prior Employment sub-tab lists all prior employment detail entered for the applicant.

Employment Type is a lookup field. Employment Level is maintained per Employment Type in Lookup Maintenance. Two text fields allow you to capture additional detail about the Prior Employment: the Details field located on the Main tab and the Notes field on the Notes tab.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Applicant - CV Certification

All certification qualifications that exist for the applicant record displays within this window. Click Maintain to add, edit, view, or delete certification details.

Applicant - CV Certification Maintain

Click this button to add, edit, view, or delete certification records for the selected applicant.

Applicant - CV Training

All training qualifications that exist for the applicant record displays within this window. Click Maintain to add, edit, view, or delete training details.

Applicant - CV Training Maintain

Click this button to add, edit, view, or delete training records for the selected applicant.

Applicant - CV Skills

All skills that exist for the applicant record displays within this window. Click Maintain to add, view, edit, or delete skill details.

Applicant - CV Eduction

All eduction qualifications that exist for the applicant record displays within this window. Click Maintain to add, edit, view, or delete eduction details.

All prior employment history that exist for the applicant record displays within this window. Click Maintain to add, edit, view, or delete prior employment details.
