Employees


Use this form to maintain details of the employees employed by your business. The types of information that can be accessed includes:

  • Employee's address and contact details.
  • Employee's pay structure including pay, deductions, taxation and employer costs.
  • Multiple enquiries on pay transactions.
  • The user and/or team that the employee is assigned to, as well any job costing links.

The copy function is enabled on the employees to enable Employees that have been terminated to be copied if they are being re-employed. This function will copy everything but the start and termination dates, events, involvement and positions and functions.
