Use this form to maintain related persons to Human Resources Management grievances, disciplinary records, committees, meetings and Occupation Health and Safety incidents, and enter all associated details. Each record contains details on the related person type, applicant, employee, contact or other, address, and contact information, date and notes.

You can also use this function to edit related person details, and enables drill down on the person's name to retrieve that person's details instantly.
