Options Reference

Code/Description
This field displays the currently selected record code and description, for which the related person is being maintained.
Description
This field displays what the person is in relation to the record, based on where this form was opened.
Person
This field displays the related persons name.
Type
Enter or select the related person type from those available in the dropdown list.
Other Name
Enter the Other Name that is of the selected item.
Employee
Select the employee from one of the three dropdown lists: Code, Surname, First Name.
Applicant
Select the applicant from one of the three dropdown lists: Code, Surname, First Name.
Contact
Select the contactfrom one of the three dropdown lists: Code, Name, Alpha.
Address
Enter the address details for the related person. You can add the address block to a soft coded report by using the getHRContactBlock method against the related person.
Contact
Enter the contact details for the related person.
Date
Enter the date this person became involved or related to the selected record.
