Custom Tab
Use this tab to assign and display injury tree and user-defined field information for incident injured records.
If a injury tree is defined as Mandatory, then you can't save a new incident injured masterfile unless you have allocated the incident injured record to a branch in that tree.
You can only remove a injury from a tree or change the branch that the incident injured record is assigned to on the Incident Injured Tree Maintenance form.

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Role
Enter or select the role type from those available in the dropdown list. You can add other role types.

Enter a description of the role.
