This form contains related person injury information. It displays the details, type and severity of the injury. This option is only available from the Injury field in an occupational health and safety incident.

Type

Enter or select the injury type from those available in the dropdown list. You can add other injury types.

Severity

Enter or select the severity from those available in the dropdown list. You can add other severity types.
