Preparing an Instance for Implementation
After you install a new instance of MYOB Acumatica, the system needs to be prepared for the further implementation. When you sign in to a new MYOB Acumatica instance, the only form you can access is the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, which you use to enable the features in accordance with the license you have bought. Then you need to set up system-wide security policies and create user accounts for every person to be involved in the implementation of your production instance.
After you complete the instance preparation, you may proceed to configuring the basic MYOB Acumatica functionality for the company according to your organization's structure.
