Employee Maintenance


Employees are set up to represent the people who work on jobs — for example, internal employees, contractors, project managers, and the like. Set up employees to capture the costs for their labour against specific jobs on the Timesheet Entry form.

You can assign employees flagged as managers to jobs on the Job Maintenance form. You can print Job Cost Management reports using the job manager as an output filter. Use this to print job reports for a specific manager or a range of managers.
