Service Requests by JC Employee

This form is available when a data provider is added using the Planner Options. Use it to define filter options for the data provider.

Define planner item text

Click this button to open this form, enabling you to define how the text should display for the planner item (for example, job).

Enter the information on the Text tab. You can enter text, but the display is restricted by the size of the cells. To reference a property of the data item (for example, using the JCJob class for a job), click the Properties button. To add a property to the text, highlight it and drag it into the text box.

You can format the text using the Formatting tab. For each property that is selected, a row is added to the formatting table. For each non-string property, you can set format options by clicking on Click to set up. Formatting options are the same as those used in Report Designer.

You can define item hover text and the item text. This is additional information that displays for the item when you hover over the cell in the planner. Use the same process as outlined above to define and format hover text.
