Reviewing the Projected Costs of a Project
You can view a report of the work in progress for a project with the cost projection details. To do this, on the Construction Bonding Report (PM650500) report form, you select the project, select the Use Cost Projections check box, and run the report. The prepared report shows columns with the projected costs to complete and the projected costs at completion.
Reviewing the Work In Process Information
You can view a report of the work in progress for a project with the cost projection details. To do this, on the Cost Projection (PM305000) form, you open the needed cost projection revision and click Project WIP Detail on the More menu. The system generates and opens the Project WIP Detail (PM652500) report, which will include the columns with the projected costs from the last released cost projection revision.
The report also shows the impact of the projected amounts on the current project and helps you to analyze whether particular project tasks are overbilled or underbilled in relation to the current progress of completion of these project tasks.
