Lead Classes: Configuration Prerequisites

Before you start creating lead classes in MYOB Acumatica, you must be sure that the system has been configured properly and that all required entities have been created, as described in the following sections.

Enabling the Needed Features

On the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, the Customer Management feature must be enabled.

Configuring the System

You need to make sure that on the Customer Management Preferences (CR101000) form, the numbering sequences settings have been specified and these and other default settings are saved to the system, even if you have reviewed the settings without making changes.
