Viewing Item Availability

You can view item quantities by using the following forms:

• Inventory Summary (IN401000): You use this form to view detailed information about inventory items available at warehouses.
• Inventory Allocation Details (IN402000): By using this form, you can view how a selected inventory item is distributed among warehouses and warehouse locations. You can also view the on-hand quantity and actual quantity of the inventory item according to unreleased documents.
