To Tailor A User's Workspaces in the Mobile App

The configuration described in this topic is performed by a user of the MYOB mobile app. The configuration applies to only this user's copy of the mobile app.

To Change the Order of Workspaces

To change the order in which the workspaces are displayed on the main menu of the mobile app for your user account, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to the mobile app.

   The main menu of the app opens.

2. On the More menu of the Workspaces section, tap Reorder Workspaces.

   The Reorder Workspaces screen opens.

3. On the screen, tap and hold a tile, and then drag it to the required location.
4. Click the back arrow to save your changes and return to the main menu.

To Change the Order of Screens

To change the order in which the screens are displayed within a workspace, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to the mobile app.

   The main menu of the app opens.

2. Tap the tile with the required workspace.
3. Tap the More (…) button of the Screens section, and then tap Reorder Screens.

   The Reorder Screens screen opens.

4. On the screen, tap and hold a tile, and then drag it to the required location.
5. Click the back arrow to save your changes and return to the workspace.

To Add KPI Widgets

On the main menu of the mobile app and in each of the workspaces, you can add KPI widgets of the following types:

• Scorecard
• Meter
• Trend card

By default, no widgets are displayed. To add a widget to the main menu or to a workspace, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to the mobile app.

   The main menu of the app opens.

2. On the menu, tap Add KPI, or open a workspace and then tap Add KPI.

   The Search screen opens.

3. On the screen, tap the widget you want to add.

   Notice that the mobile app marks it as a favorite.

4. Click the back arrow to save your changes and return to the workspace.

The mobile app adds the selected widget to the workspace or to the main menu. You can view the list of records of a widget by tapping it.

After you have added at least one widget to the workspace, the More (…) button of the KPIs section becomes available. You can edit the list of KPIs or add new ones by tapping the corresponding commands on this menu.

To Add a Screen to Your List of Favorites

To add a screen to your list of favorites, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to the mobile app.

   The main menu of the app opens.

2. Tap the workspace that contains the screen, and then tap the screen you want to add to favorites.
3. Tap the More (…) button of the screen, and then tap Add Screen to Favorites.
4. Click the back arrow to save your changes and return to the workspace.

To view the added screens, click Favorites on the bottom menu of the mobile app.

You can remove screens from favorites by performing steps similar to those you performed to add these items to favorites. You tap the More (…) buttonof an item, and then you tap Remove Screen from Favorites.

To Add a Record to Your List of Favorites

To add a record to your list of favorites, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to the mobile app.

   The main menu of the app opens.

2. Tap the required workspace, and then tap the required screen.
3. Select the record you want to add to favorites.
4. Tap the More (…) button of the record, and then tap Add Record to Favorites, and close the record.
5. Click the back arrow to save your changes and return to the workspace.

To view the added records, click Favorites on the bottom menu of the mobile app.

You can remove records from favorites by performing steps similar to those you performed to add these items to favorites. You tap the More (…) button of an item, and then you tap Remove Record from Favorites.
