Item Grouping In the More Menu

Commands can be grouped in the More menu into categories. When you create your own actions, use one of the categories defined for the form.

Action Connotations

Another way to categorize commands in the More menu and buttons on a form toolbar is to specify connotations for them. Displaying Buttons on the Form Toolbar

You can display a button on a form toolbar which duplicates a command in the More menu. The button will have the same connotation, as the command in the More menu. For forms that use a workflow, display only two to three buttons on the form toolbar for each state.

For forms that do not use a workflow, display only two to three buttons on the form toolbar.
