Use this tab to configure integration with other components used with Greentree Desktop.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Browser Client

Select this option to enable access to Greentree Browser.

Enterprise Search

This option is visible if the Browser Client option is not selected.

Select this option to enable the Enterprise Search function.

Limit query designer to current company only

If you select this option, only users in the company that you're currently logged into can use the Query Designer.

Archive threshold days

Enter the number of days after which Greentree Desktop should archive inventory items. The default is 365, and the maximum is 99999.

Maintain object tree dictionary

If you are using QlikView for reporting and your database is configured to run as an RPS database, you can select this option to replicate your QlikView Sales Analysis and Job Cost Management models to another relational database.

Allow VBA integration

Select this option to enable the VBA Integration Settings option under the File menu, which enables external applications like Microsoft Excel to interact with Greentree Desktop using VBA macros.

Qlik Sense connection type

If your company is using Qlik Sense for reporting within Greentree Desktop, select how you are connecting to Qlik Sense from this list:

Qlik Sense website address

If your company is using Qlik Sense for reporting within Greentree Desktop, enter the address of the Qlik Sense hub (which is a repository of the Qlik Sense applications you have permissions to use).

Greentree website address

This field is a placeholder. Do not edit it.

Enable purging

Greentree Desktop logs user logins and logouts. If you find that those logs are becoming too large, select this option to have Greentree Desktop automatically purge the logs.

Number of days to retain audit results

Enter the number of days after which to purge the audit logs. The default is 30.
