Contacts

The Contacts form is a single point of reference to obtain and edit details for contacts. The information is retrieved from the database as and when required, or you can publish it from CRM to Outlook, eliminating duplication of contact details.

In addition to the contact's name, phone number, and address, you can define the reporting structure within an organisation.

You can link contacts to Accounts Receivable customers so you can generate quotes or invoices with the contact.
