Addresses Tab

This tab contains the personal and business address for the contact. If the:

• Business street and/or postal address detail of the contact is the same as for the organisation, then you can default these values by selecting the From Organisation option.
• Contact's business postal address is the same as the contact's business street address, then you can default the business postal address by selecting the Same as Street Address option.
• Personal postal address of the contact is the same as the contact's person street address, then you can default the personal postal address by selecting the Same as Street Address option.

From Organisation

If you select this option, the address details are updated with the organisation's address. If deselected, you can edit the address .

First line of Business Street Address

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the first line of the business street address.

Second line of Business Street Address

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the second line of the business street address.

Third line of Business Street Address

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the third line of the business street address.

Business Street Address - Suburb

Enter a suburb name, up to 50 alphanumeric characters. Or, select a name from the dropdown list of suburbs.

If you select the address from the list, related postal code, state, and time zone details update on the form.

Business Street Address - Postal code

Enter a postal code, up to 10 alphanumeric characters. Or, select a postal code from the dropdown list.

If you select the address from the list, related suburb, state, and time zone details update on the form.

Business Street Address - State

Enter a state name, up to 20 alphanumeric characters. Or, select a state from the dropdown list.

Business Street Address - Country

Select a country name from the dropdown list. The country selected determines the data displayed in the dropdown lists for suburbs, postal codes, and states.

Business Street Address - time zone

Enter a time zone, up to six alphanumeric characters. Or, select a time zone from the dropdown list.

If you select the address from the list, related suburb, state, and time zone details are updated on the form.

Same as Street Address (Business)

If you select this option, the business postal address details are updated with the business street address of the contact. If deselected, you can edit the Address fields.

First line of Business Postal Address
